This Privacy Policy describes how VD COMPUTERLAND CENTRE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “the company”) processes personal data of individuals in the context of operating the IT/Technology and Digital Goods E-Shop www.computerland.com.cy (“Website”), in accordance with Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Personal data is kept for as long as required to fulfil contractual, legal/tax purposes or to maintain your eShop account. Indicatively:
- Identity, contact & order history: until you request account deletion or in line with statutory retention periods

After such periods, data is permanently and securely deleted.

Provision of core data is necessary for purchases and fulfillment of eShop services. Failure to provide may prevent us from completing your order, setting up an account, or supplying digital goods.

No automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects is performed.
