VD Computerland Centre – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver physical orders placed on www.computerland.com.cy
It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.


1. Shipping Destinations

  • Cyprus: We deliver to all cities and rural areas in the Republic of Cyprus.

  • International: Delivery outside Cyprus is currently not available.


2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business days), excluding public holidays.

  • Standard dispatch time: 3 – 8 business days after full payment confirmation.

  • Pre-order or special-order items may require additional time; any extended lead time will be shown on the product page or in your order confirmation.


3. Delivery & Pickup Options

At checkout you can select one of the following:

AKIS Express – Store Pickup Choose your preferred AKIS Express point during checkout and collect your parcel there. 1–3 business days Yes
BoxNow Locker Pickup Choose your preferred BoxNow locker. You will receive an SMS/email with pickup code. 1–3 business days Yes
Computerland Store Pickup (Limassol or Nicosia) Collect from our physical store. You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. Same day we notify you N/A

Note: Pickup orders must be collected within 5 calendar days of the notification email.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the option you select.

  • From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions; these apply only when clearly stated.

  • If an order with free shipping is returned for reasons other than defect/incorrect item, we may deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund.


5. Order Tracking

  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details and a direct link to the courier’s system (for AKIS Express or BoxNow).


6. Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Deliveries are made to the shipping or pickup address you provide at checkout.

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the chosen address or collection point.

  • If a parcel is returned because of incorrect details or uncollected pickup, re-shipping costs will be your responsibility.


7. Delays & Force Majeure

We make every effort to meet the stated delivery times.
However, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, high seasonal volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, no penalties or compensation are payable for late delivery. Your remedy for non-delivery is order cancellation and a full refund of any undelivered items.


8. Inspecting Your Order

Please check packages upon receipt. Report any visible damage or shortages within 5 business days to eshop@computerland.com.cy quoting your order number and including photos if possible.
